Shipping & Delivery Policy

  • We strive to dispatch packages within 2 days of receiving payment. Our shipments are handled by reputed national couriers with tracking. Regardless of the shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
  • The shipping fees include handling, packing, and postage costs. The handling fees are fixed, while the transport fees vary based on the total weight of the shipment. To save on shipping costs, we recommend grouping your items in one order. Please note that we cannot group two separate orders placed independently, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. While we take special care to protect fragile objects, please note that your package will be dispatched at your own risk.
  • We use amply sized boxes and take great care to ensure that your items are well-protected during shipment.
  • Our courier partners can deliver your shipment on working days (Monday through Saturday) between 9am to 7pm. Please note that delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control, such as unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes. Delivery on public holidays and Sundays is not available.
  • Once your package ships, we will send you an email with your package tracking information.
  • We do not allow changes to instructions once an order has been confirmed.
  • In the event of floods, heavy rains, or other extreme weather conditions, we reserve the right to reschedule the delivery for another date.
  • The delivery will not be redirected or redelivered to any address other than the one entered by the customer.
  • We will attempt delivery of the items only once. In the event of a failed delivery, the customer will continue to be charged for the order, and no redelivery or refund will be possible. Failed deliveries will be redirected to our head office, and customers are advised to call us to arrange pickup of their order.
  • All orders will be deemed executed under the following circumstances: - Incorrect or untraceable address
    - Recipient not Available
    - Locked premises
    - Wrong phone number; phone not working; cell switched off or not reachable
    - Recipient refused the products
    - Delivery of the product at the gate, reception, or neighbor's address.
